I lead the design of a 19-module induction course for QGC. This was to provide their incoming engineers a digital operations manual for their soon-to-be-built coal seam gas liquefaction plant on Curtis Island.
It was a complex topic, requiring a robust, precise framework. Utilizing production-line thinking for rapid delivery, the course took a large team of subject matter experts and a small, dedicated core production team approximately four months to create.
Two years after the project was completed, we were approached by QGC/Shell to revise the modules to Shell’s branding and to update key information to comply with the plant’s specifications post-construction.
