Bravehearts wanted to create an online version to their highly demanded professional practitioner training workshops.

Our learning team designed an end-to-end solution, customising their Learning Management System, and populated it with a series of questions and activities that integrated with a series of downloadable guides – which was my primary role within the project. We also produced a series of video interviews and role-plays of counselling sessions.

The course was an immediate success. Counsellors and Psychologists, who previously could not access on-site vital training due to over-enrolment, could now access these online workshops.

Users have praised the program’s design, thoroughness and effective transfer of professional knowledge.
